Every electronic device I own has a default date format that uses the American style.
Which is fine, because I can normally change it to the better one.... and have day/month/year, which is how the civilised world writes it.
Except for my new actiiv fitness band.
I chose this band over all the rest because it has a dislay and I can wear it in place of my watch (instead of having the band plus a watch on my wrist).
I can't change the date format on this band and it's frustrating the hell out of me! I've already missed one appt because I read the date as 1st Jan instead of 2nd Jan.
I know, I know..... I should have easily remembered that because it was New Yrs day, but not too many parts of my brain or body were working too well yesterday!
Anyway - that's my bitch for today.
I figure the first 12 days of Jan, 11 days of Feb, 10 days of Mar, etc are going to fuck me about as a result.
I may have to simply cancel everything for those dates. Problem solved!
