Mine is pretty natural but trimmed as needed. I am an older woman so do not need to worry about the foliage getting in the way often. Again probably due to my age but I find the natural look more realistic and appealing. I think the super hairy should be trimmed but with my little fringe, a guy would have no problem finding his way.

I was the first to answer the poll but didn't write anything, so here 
I keep it neatly trimmed, I don't like shaving because to keep it smooth you have to do it every day and my skin is too sensitive for that. And if it's not every day, then it gets like a sandpaper and that's no fun for anyone Waxing is too painful for me but every once in awhile I get over myself and do it. And all natural is just way too much in my opinion.

Shaved underneath but a little patch above. I totally agree with Alexx about the maintenance and stubble problem, though.
