If only DC had been built 1/2 an inch higher out of the marshland!
 
Do you really mean to say that some cities will be flooded if the tides rise ten extra inches? :confused:

What is "nuisance flooding" BTW?
 
The Gulf of Mexico is about a mile from me and looks pretty much the same as usual. Next we know the perfessers will say its gay.

here is a win win solution

line up all COLOREDS on tye shore, with small buckets

when water comes in...they can put water in baclets and throw it back......win


if it doesnt work and the coloreds drown.....win:D
