This might sound like a crazy idea, but I think it is the most effective. Talk to him. You're about to marry this guy, learn to communicate with him openly about these things. Having a conversation is going to work better than any hint you drop.

Tell him exactly why you like that position. If sex feels best that way, tell him. In fact, this would make great practice for the tougher conversations later on.
