Off topic, but I'm curious:
where would people place an erotic story revolving around modern witchcraft or supernatural -like a noncomedy Bewitched or perhaps Witches of Eastwick? I could see SF, Nonhuman, as well as EC or whatever sex category fit, ignoring the supernatural entirely?

Fantasy is lumped with Sci-Fi. I'd probably put it there. If what happens gets really tense and scary, it could go in Erotic Horror.

I hadn't thought if Mind control but it could fit some uses of magic. I usually think of MC as the nerd boy gets (fill in the blank) so he can control the hotties that used to ignore him, I guess.

That had been my first thought, too. Though many Fantasy readers have expectations of world-building beyond "just like your neighborhood but some people do magic."

Witches are not the typical sci-fi fare unless if as you said its a different reality or an entire made up society.
I would go with EH.

Depends upon what you mean by "ignoring the supernatural entirely".
If there's going to be any magic happening, it's going to drag you down in any of the specific sexual categories. People don't want supernatural stuff mixed in with their kinks there, for the most part. That makes it Sci-Fi & Fantasy.
Unless it gets evil, Erotic Horror isn't where it belongs. Just because you have a monster or a traditionally "evil" type of character doesn't make it horror.
A witch is human, so unless she's boinking a demon she summoned, Non Human doesn't apply either.
If the main character is a practitioner of Wicca and there's not going to be any overt magic, then it's just another trait of the character, and probably won't hurt you in the sexual categories. Go with whatever is appropriate for the sexual activity.
