Am I "fit" if I can do 45 minutes of nonstop cardio on a recumbent bike at a constant 100+RPM without losing my breath?
Someone who is out of shape would not be able to do 2-3 minutes without quickly getting flabbergasted.
And goddamn my legs are sore! This takes some getting used to.
I'm mostly just used to lifting weights.
