Republicans can’t pass an immigration bill, and somehow that’s Obama’s fault

The system isn't the President dictating procedure and outcome to the representatives of the people, we are the owners of the country. The people have just repudiated what the Democrat Senate produced by stripping it of it's majority leadership and sending many of it's members into obscurity.

The Senate passed immigration bill that didn't secure the border is irrelevant. The other side of the equation is a President who has poisoned the well by demonstrating that he cannot be trusted to enforce existing law, or any law he doesn't agree with. The fear is, he will negotiate concessions in the law to get the votes he wants, and then double cross the process by not enforcing them. Nobody trusts a President who says one thing and does another.

Non-responsive.

“This is yet one more illustration of the enormous cost inflicted by the President’s illegal action,” Sessions told*National Review Online*in a statement. “He has now launched a new $100 million facility and staffing operation to provide illegal immigrants with the exact benefits rejected by Congress –*including work permits, Social Security and Medicare.*These credits will cost American taxpayers billions every year and represent an enormous cash transfer from American workers to lower-wage illegal workers. These tax credits are not refunds, but a direct cash payment from the Treasury to illegal immigrants –*at a time when the Treasury is running huge deficits.”

Sessions made the statement apropos of White House press secretary Josh Earnest’s telling reporters that Obama’s purpose in issuing the orders, in part, was to turn illegal immigrants into taxpayers.

“And that does mean that they’re going to be filing their taxes on a regular basis and that does mean that if they qualify for the child tax credit, for example, as a taxpayer that would be something that they would benefit from,” Earnest*said on Monday.

What's a deporter in chief?

Despite an increase in the rate of apprehensions of illegal immigrants at the border, the number of people the Obama administration deported last year plunged, according to data obtained by the Los Angeles Times.

The newspaper cites*a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement draft report that found, for the year ending on Sept. 30, the Obama administration removed 315,943 people. That's*down 14 percent*from the previous year and is the fewest deported by the Obama administration to date.*

President Barack Obama’s immigration deputies released 30,862 foreign criminals into the United States’ cities and neighborhoods, according to a federal document.

The document also showed that Obama repatriated less than 1 percent of the 12 million illegals living in the United States during the 12 months up to October 2014.

Officials also repatriated only 8,805 of the roughly 180,000 unskilled Central American migrants who flooded across the border since 2011

So.... why is there an immigration problem?

The numbers are far worse. They have, only in this administration, been counting border incidents where the say, 'Nuh, uh...back you go- lil' vaquero!" as "deportations."

Lies and slander. They've been tracking birder crossings since the 1950s.

LOOK IT UP.

Fuck You. I am worried about my Constitution.

Sounds more like you're worried about YOURself and YOUR privilege.

Hey, I just realized that the Constitution is mine as well. Stop hogging all the warm blanket on your side of the Murphy bed.
