Master is the standard, Sweetie fairly often, "Master-sweetheart-darling-sir" when I want to make him laugh. (It usually works)

I call him by his first name, sometimes by one of his nicknames, but quite rarely.

If I want to joke I call him babe.

ETA, a little cultural fact:
We don't really use names here all that much, we don't address the person we talk to by their name. So in reality I rarely call my dom anything at all, unless there are lots of people around and I have to specify that I'm talking to him.

Same for the two of us.

Though it got so bad, in fact, that at one point I realized that it actually started feeling awkward to call him by his name because I did it so rarely. For a couple of days we jokingly addressed each other by our full names at every conceivable opportunity to fix that.

But really we have pet names for each other that are ridiculous, horrible, and about 10 steps removed from any real english word. Oh, and the pet names get used for the both of us interchangeably.

I call him love 99% of the time.

"Yes, love." "No, love." That sort of thing. It's adapted over the years and it fits us. Their are moments though that I will call him "sir" and when I'm really in a deep submissive head space I'll call him, "my owner" but that really is a special occasion type thing.

He changes every so often on what he calls me. Mostly "cunt" right now, with the full name being "my fat ass cunt," but I've been called most of the common names. What's really funny about him calling me his f.a.c. is that I've become more comfortable in my own skin since he started calling me that. I was very self conscious about my weight when he started, and the name made me squirm a bit, but now it feels like any other pet name, and I'm comfortable enough to get on stage and show a room full of people my fat ass. *giggles*
