Libs are of one mind about Darren Wilson's failure to hug Michael Brown. Wilson failed to appreciate Brown's slavery and Jim Crow legacy and the ever present abuse and neglect of institutionalized racism.

Prediction: Folks at home watching the Ferguson spectacle on tv will send fewer Democrats to Washington in 2016.

Ironic, because the point of the exercise from the beginning was to gin up the proper level of "us against them" to get black people to the polls when there isn't a black guy at the top of the ticket to leave a trail of "Ds" below him.

That leads me to muse about the 2012 election. No one wanted to fire the historic guy so he got re-elected. I was just thinking, though...those that turned out to vote for him in 2012 you would think voted a lot of straight tickets. Surprising they didn't get good buffer of seats back in that election. I don't recall the numbers.

I have noticed that all the lefty sites that were all ready with seat-by-seat graphics to push-"poll" in the states with polls still open suddenly stopped updating when they got creamed. Some still show 3-4 Senate seats undecided when only Louisiana is.

Theres a Schumer thread around here somewhere confirming how the election was all about the economy. It always is. I'm certain I could kick anyone's ass if all I did was focus on opportunity, prosperity, and safety for all. And fuck everything else.

I don't think a majority want opportunity. They want to win the lottery of life and they want everyone else held back so they can get a running start.
