My sincere apologies, ma'am. I can't see this taking more than about a day before he huffs that I am "not worth it." which was always the point.

Not hiding behind this alt, it's just that cowslinger shows a preference for punching bags. I am query, of Drinkz-killer fame. Ask Munky, he'll vouch. I wouldn't go to the extreme if all other avenues have not already been exhausted.

Ordinary trolls, I just mostly ignore. When they have dual personas that they flit back and forth between it is quite possible to get them to comport themselves to civilized behavior or better yet leave. They care about one of the personas, the other they do not. The Ego is a powerful thing.

Given that I am at the moment on an anti-troll campaign I want to be clear about two seperated disagreements I have brewing at the moment.

Yes I realize that that having issues with multiple trolls in fact does say something about me and my posting style. I will without reservation own that.

I have, right now a Thread with a poll about attacking family members being fair game or not.

I want to be very clear that his is not cow-slinger specific. Other than the odd swipe about my divorce, he has kept his personal attacks focused on me not my kids.

Petty that the above poll is, it came about because of another ongoing feud between posters that is said to have resulted in personal information about kids being posted. That poll "Is that wrong" (of course it is) has been used by a poster to justify his personal vitriol directed at the kids of posters he disagrees with.

It is a public poll, so given that it is a GB specific non-troversy, I quite understand if anyone is hesitant to lend support or evn express their feelings that it is as I say in the poll, "just words."


All points of view are encouraged as I am trying to make it not a "push-poll with a predetermined answer.

The person doing that particular brand of trolling has characterized the posting of his kids pictures (if it occurred) as "beyond the pale." I would agree with that characterization.

Anyone in the PG who was around and supportive during the Drinkz trolling Munky fest will remember how persistent some trolls can be.

In most cases the ignore button fixes it.
