So, B Cosby is a rapist, now.....

He's been accused of rape 15 times since 2004, all of the women who have come forward claim they were young women in the 70's when it happened and that they were drugged. Where there's that much smoke, there's usually fire.

I have no idea what exactly you're trying to say here, but Clinton is probably guilty of some of his allegations too. We all know he had issues.

is that a LARGE number of people making claims is NOT indicative of ANYTHING

That doesn't mean all allegations against Cosby and Clinton are false, just they because they were for some coach. I said usually. There are always exceptions.

I'm just saying I discredit no one based on the financial or social status of the person they accused. Even if there isn't evidence, that doesn't mean it didn't happen, and multiple accusations with the same m.o. and similar circumstance are usually indicative of something, whether we have the whole story or not. Just because Bill Cosby is well respected family man doesn't mean he's innocent. Maybe he is, but maybe he isn't. I'm sure it's well past the statute of limitations for these women. Bad people often put on very good personas. When my grandfather died, the whole neighborhood cried. Except for his family.

What it sounds like you're saying is that Bill Cosby would not and did not rape anyone and the allegations are 100% false. Maybe I misinterpreted that.

The reason it came back up now is because the comedian Hannibal Bureass called bill cosby a rapist in his stand-up show back in October.

Because he is a US citizen, that automatically makes him innocent until proven guilty. To insist otherwise is insane, take away his due process and yours may be taken away next.

In the court of law, yes that's how it works. That doesnt mean I, as a citizen and not a judge and jury with the power to convict him, which is what that statute is intended for, have to find him innocent. If I had something stolen from me, and personally saw the person take it, but the court finds him innocent because i have no proof, and he has a compelling defence, that doesnt make him innocent. That person still did it. It's far from a flawless system.

I didn't say I think he's guilty anyway. I said it seems to me like something is amiss, and I don't write off allegations willy nilly. Maybe he didn't do it. But maybe he did. And if I were a young actress and was trying to be persuaded to going to a younger Bill Cosby's hotel room after hearing he had 15 rape allegations, I wouldn't say "Well, no one found him guilty in the U.S. court of law, so he's 100% innocent, i'll go."

What I'm not saying is "Oh, well, it never went to court and they never found him guilty so all those women are 100%" lying. Has to be. Legal system says so."

I'm also not saying "Well, lots of women said so, so he must have raped them."
