This is an old ass story, I remember it 15-20 years ago. She did not pass charges and the state declined as well. Why has this shit been dusted off and dragged out again? That he likely paid her off? So fucking what. She is a strong, independent woman who decided that money was more important than justice. That is the American way. So again I am, why is this story being rehashed?

The original trial was one lady who had a bunch of other women's written statements and was going to use them as evidence. The lady who got kicked out of her apartment was one of the women who made a written statement.

She saying now that because the lady who filed the original court complaint took a settlement that she was never able to have her letter read and therefore lost her only legal means.
