I do differ from conservatives in that I don't think this is an assault on traditional values and Christianity. I think it is an assault on the Constitution, on our personal rights.

I don't see where a 'conservative's belief' on values or christianity comes into this.
All labels aside, this is only a constitutional issue.
Some people view the issue differently than you or I.
I don't see it at all as connected to traditional values or Christianity. I see it simply as an accusation by Barbara Bowman that she was repeatedly raped by Cosby years ago, when he was mentoring her as a teenage girl. The statute of Limitations in New York is five years. So not much will happen now, except the matter being shown the light of day. It's her word against he's. I think a true victim deserves more, but what can come of it now except the airing of a truth that can't be proved, or a defamation that can't be addressed?
I don't especially care about Crosby but why didn't the woman report it when there was something that could be done about it?
seems when a black guy says to blacks to grow up and take responsibility
they ge5 hit with sex charges
remember C Thomas?
H Caine?
Soon B Carson.....
and T Scott
you all fucking miss the point
sheesh![]()
Well stop trying to be funny and satirical and just say it then.

This is an old ass story, I remember it 15-20 years ago. She did not pass charges and the state declined as well. Why has this shit been dusted off and dragged out again? That he likely paid her off? So fucking what. She is a strong, independent woman who decided that money was more important than justice. That is the American way. So again I am, why is this story being rehashed?
I didn't read that he paid her off, and there are 13 other women who have made this kind of accusation against him. It doesn't make him guilty, but one has to wonder at the odds they are all lying.

remember when a coach at Syracuse (Frank) was accused? Was all over ESPN etc etc
he was FIRED......
turns out
WAS ALL A LIE!
