What? It's common knowledge where all taxes go; they go to the local, state, and federal governments, and how they spend them is voted on by the relevant councils and legislatures and is all a matter of public record.

Look, one of the complaints I always hear about immigrants is that they use public services like the rest of us, so they cost governments money. Deporting them all won't do, so why not make them contribute more?

I haven't seen either party making any headway on an immigration bill.
Obama has had over 6 years and still hasn't come up with one.
Bush had 8 years and didn't come up with one.

People might give some thought to what will happen if either party decides they just have to come up with an immigration bill.
