You fail to realize that not only the middle class hate onerous taxes, but so do the rich. I read a story awhile back about a State (think it was New Jersey) that had something like a 150 million dollar shortfall. They decided to make a tax for the rich to cover it. A lot of the rich did not like it so they moved to a more tax-friendly State. Now the State ended up with a 300+ million dollar shortfall because of their actions.

Sad but true...although there's a couple of cracks showing in the Texas Oil Rebound Miracle....seems Governor Perry has been looting the public roads funds in counties that don't vote Republican to fund his pet projects.

No end of wars as promised....no comprehensive HC reform.....air strikes citizens with no due process.....PATRIOT act extended/expanded.....ran more raids against MMJ states in his first year than Bush did in 8, expanded drug courts and the most pro drug war POTUS since Reagan.....firm supporter of trickle down economics.

*(que LWCJ rabid defense of Bush 2.0 because black (D)* someone get Obama another Nobel peace prize for his airstrikes and police state.

He is a world class "Says one thing and does the exact opposite" politician....I think we got screwed into electing a republican.
