Obama Plans to Wreak Havoc on Economy in Name of Debunked Global Warming Hoax

Even as temperatures plunge across the country, Obama is brandishing his pen and his phone in preparation for an attack on the economy in the name of the discredited global warming hoax:

The Obama administration is set to roll out a series of climate and pollution measures that rivals any president’s environmental actions of the past quarter-century — a reality check for Republicans who think last week’s election gave them a mandate to end what they call the White House’s “War on Coal.”

Tied to court-ordered deadlines, legal mandates and international climate talks, the efforts scheduled for the next two months show that President Barack Obama is prepared to spend the remainder of his term unleashing sweeping executive actions to combat global warming. And incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will have few options for stopping the onslaught, though Republicans may be able to slow pieces of it.

The coming rollout includes a Dec. 1 proposal by EPA to tighten limits on smog-causing ozone, which business groups say could be the costliest federal regulation of all time; a final rule Dec. 19 for clamping down on disposal of power plants’ toxic coal ash; the Jan. 1 start date for a long-debated rule prohibiting states from polluting the air of their downwind neighbors; and a Jan. 8 deadline for issuing a final rule restricting greenhouse gas emissions from future power plants. That last rule is a centerpiece of Obama’s most ambitious environmental effort, the big plan for combating climate change that he announced at Georgetown University in June 2013.

The effects of this tyrannical lunacy on the economy will not be beneficial, to put it mildly. No one could intend them to be. Evidently Obama is not taking America’s rejection of his policies and his presidency particularly well.

Obama announced yet another initiative Wednesday in Beijing, where he and Chinese President Xi Jinping jointly committed to targets for the two nations to curb their carbon emissions during the next two decades. And on top of all that, the administration is expected in the coming weeks to pledge millions of dollars — and possibly billions — to help poor countries deal with the effects of climate change.

Obama making this announcement from China, where he has been wearing a Mao jacket while he sucks up to a communist dictator, should drive it through even the thickest skulls that this is a power grab, a looting spree, and an act of malice. No one could expect China to hold up its end of any “climate change” economic suicide pact.

Although he is infamous for living inside a bubble that reinforces his hard left ideology, not even Obama could fail to be aware that temperatures have not risen for 18 years, despite steadily rising carbon levels, definitively giving the lie to Al Gore’s tired hoax. What we are witnessing is deliberate economic sabotage inflicted by the Executive Branch — or to put it in one word, treason.

The Fraud's claim to fame is presenting solutions to nonexistent problems. It's his busy work.

Meanwhile the economy is in the toilet, the ME is boiling over, and Obamacare is a disaster. It's no wonder he doesn't have time for trivial matters like those.

Some climate change is real.

What left to debate, and you're a retard for not drinking the koolaid, is how much mankind caused and what mankind can do to "correct" it.

My wager is, T-Rex and his ilk had as much control as mankind does. If this is our extinction event, the best we can do is grab our ankles and kiss our asses goodbye.

The earth will probably be here, regardless . . . littered with human skeletons . . . just like T-Rex.

No one really knows if “climate change” exists or, if it does, whether its danger is remotely worth the money to correct it, although we do know that “global warming” has not occurred for eighteen years and counting and there is, if anything, global cooling with record lows being set everywhere, the Antarctic ice cap also at record levels, etc. (Yes, yes, climate is not weather, blablabla. Climate is… anything you want to say it is.)

Anyone who still believes in “climate change” is likely to be: a. a profiteer (like the financial wizards who put together those “carbon exchanges” a few years back, making off with billions before they went belly up), b. a scientist looking for a handout, c. a bureaucrat or official of a Third World country looking for a handout, d. an official of the UN (virtually the same as c), e. a moral narcissist, preferably rich, who thinks he knows better than us idiots, scientific training not required (cf. Tom Steyer, this year’s George Soros wannabe), f. a true-believing liberal camp follower of the sort that doesn’t care when Nancy Pelosi says you have to pass Obamacare in order to know what’s in it (this is the largest group), or g. a journalist blinded by panic about losing their job if they dare to tell even part of the truth or wander off the reservation.

Come hunting in the mountains with me Thanksgiving. We'll eat what we kill, drink from the creek, inhale all that cool crisp air... I'll even tell you if I hear banjo music (because you're old and can't hear any more). We'll get back to nature!

You can leave that shit-hole city of yours behind for a few days. It'll be good for your soul.

Whether or not it's BS is irrelevant to me because I'll be long dead before cities flood and crops fail. That doesn't mean we shouldn't be good stewards of our environment; and if we are, climate change (or the politics of it) become moot.

Oh wow its been a year since I have visited the general forum and one thing hasn't changed bunny slippers rambling nonsense posts.

Global warming is real. Man made or not is irrelevant. What if anything can we do to slow it down is the question
