Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, feels that the current names are too “lily white,” and is seeking to have better representation for names reflecting African-Americans and other ethnic groups.

“All racial groups should be represented,” Lee said, according to the Hill. She hoped federal weather officials “would try to be inclusive of African-American names.”

A sampling of popular names that could be used include Keisha, Jamal and Deshawn, according to the paper.

First it was wrong that hurricanes were named after women because of the negative connotations that a name used on a major hurricane carries.

Now that a man can be named after a hurricane it should be repressed to avoid the possibility of "white privilege."

What qualifies as an "African-American" name? Is "Sheila Jackson-Lee" an "African-American" name?

How many letters of the alphabet must be included in the proposed quota?

Are some letters more desirable than another?

Should there be a draft with various genders and races represented around the table in the pre-season?

Lotsa questions to make this all "fair."

Well, this will be my last post to this thread. Who the fuck cares what hurricanes are named after? I mean other than congenital morons and ideologues looking for non-problems to solve?
