Glad you like it.

The process is called selective colorization. There are a few software packages which will do it. I use Tintii. Basically selective colorization is the only purpose for Tintii, so it does it fairly well. Unfortunately is it not free software. It has a limited time free trial, but then costs $16.99 to purchase.

I also love free software and avoid paying for anything. But this is one I really liked, so I bought it. Works really well on blue jeans. The red undies was a problem in that it also wanted to add color to flesh. So I had to use Photoshop to only display the color area that I wanted. But I like the results.
