the mere mention of Yorkshire pudding starts me drooling. Goddamn, that shit is good.



 
And the spider man guy will argue about whether or not it's 12 minutes or 12 minutes and 10 seconds.

He asks questions in lieu of making a point. Most of his posts read like vettbirther asking if you can provide proof Obama DIDN'T spend a gazillion dollars a day.
 
Easy Peasy way to peel boiled eggs.

I can cook almost anything on any surface yet I fuck up hard boiled eggs. They always come out wrong and I suck at peeling them. The curse is I really love them.

I'm quite good at cooking hard-boiled eggs, but terrible at peeling them. Sometimes they peel perfectly and other times I destroy them. I really don't know what I do differently.

I roll them and peel under water. I have no idea what else to do.

Boil your eggs.
1 minute before you remove them get a utensil( I use a butter knife with a metal handle ). Insert the utensil into the water and hit each egg dead center. You want to crack the eggshell.
Let boil for 1 minute egg will either continue expanding if it's not completely cooked or the hot water will seep between the shell and egg.either is the desired result.
Make an ice water bath , heavy on the ice, and when ready transfer eggs to ice bath. The rapid cooling will cause the egg to contract causing easier separation.
Wait 3minutes then start peeling 1 egg at a time, leave the eggs in the ice bath until ready to peel it.
After 1 or 2 times you will have this down and you'll be peeling boiled eggs with 2 or 3 sections tops.
