I've got a jar of it but no clue on how to eat it. Does it go on bread? Or do I grab a spoon and tuck in?

when i was a kid when we used tiny little re-purposed cheese jars as juice glasses, so yeah. it totally does.

Starter cheese. Lot of first time makers make it then give it to unsuspecting friends who better tell them it was delicious....lol

It comes out more like a spread type cheese. It's not bad as long as they didn't over do the lemon.

I actually just received an order of some exotic cheeses. I don't make my own but I do enjoy me some squeeze cheese now and then.
