Men who wear make-up...

I'm not really sure, but I'm guessing you're all dolled up right now.

Not even subtle? Like a touch of foundation and mascara to enhance one's macho chiselled image?...

God almighty no. I can't even be doing with those types who fuck around with their hair and spend ages primping in the mirror.

Gimme a manly man. With stubble. And calloused hands from work. And rigger boots. No mascara!

I went out with a guy that had blue spiked hair tips and wore blue guyliner when I was 19. Now, that would just be silly.

I think mascara and lipstick enhances one's eyes in a feminine way. I really like my men rugged. I like facial hair, pubic hair, etc. i find foundation and mascara to just be a bit too feminine for my tastes but wouldn't judge you just probably wouldn't want to fuck you.

Oh I think you might...

I never go out without my make up. A good foundation, some enhancer on the cheekbones, a very light tan eye shadow, and a Revlon Lipstick for men, called Lumberjack Moon.

Women love it.

I like men. And I like women. So a man that looks feminized or androgynous to me is sometimes a turn on. Not always. But if done well.

I'll admit I wholeheartedly was really into the early 2000's emo scene in high school and was really into guys wearing eyeliner/black nail polish etc. even now I don't think it's a big deal to guys wearing concealer or eyeliner, I'm with it. But I agree with this post, John Hein is a favorite of mine who pulls off the androgynous look really well.

I can tell when boyfriend gets his eyebrows trimmed at the barber.

makeup would be weird. but additionally weird because I don't wear it. So where the fuck would it come from?
