I actually know a man who had been circ'd as a baby and then later, as an adult, wanted his foreskin back. He was able to 'regrow' his foreskin through over two years of stretching under a plastic surgeons supervision (but this was only possible because he had some foreskin left, and he achieved an almost complete result). He did say it was quite a painfull experience.
Anyway, after a few years with his new foreskin he has now undergone a second circumcision.
He says there was really no major difference with regard to sensation, but after catching his new skin in his zipper for the 5th or 6th time he decided it wasn't worth the trouble.
His foreskin was not the same as one that is there naturally.... apparently there isn't the same elasticity.

I did already! Lol. It was a symbol for the innocent blood of the coming messiah. I misworded because I was raised with religious wackos. From a christian perspective my answers were common.
