The feds have been adopting to the new internet crimes over the last few years. Cyber bullying, Cyber Stalking and recently law went into effect about "revenge porn" so all these guys putting up videos and photos of their wives/girlfriends without their permission can now see jail time.

Hopefully KR d-bags wife has heard of this law.

But I find it interesting that the laws are not going after sites and telling them they need to moderate videos, pics, comments. If the site becomes responsible even in the way of fines, trolling is going to be cut down very quickly.

A certain percentage of any given population are sociopaths. Most are functioning IRL and can fake empathy out of self perservation. The anonymity of the Internet removes that nessecity.

I think it's up to admin....from there you need to choose your posting habits wisely. If you're going to some mickey mouse forum that's regulated any naughty words off, insta bans trolls etc. then you need to follow those rules or gtfo....it's a kids site and fuck everyone else. If they want to juicy adult e-entertainment they need to go hit up any number of great sites in every flavor full of shit to enjoy for the 18+up demographic. Fair is fair...

In the same light if you're coming to a no holds bar internet site like 4chan or even here on the GB (it's preeeety troll friendly on the GB, not 4chan friendly but still) then you need to come prepared behind proxies and all kinds of shit. If you get on 4chan and give out your info like a fucking moron? You deserve it....every fucking bit of it.

And furthermore the number of sites like the former far (some kind of limitations on trolling/shit talk in their user agreements) outnumber the latter (anything goes) by a pretty large margin. Making it even more of a "You deserve it". Because you went to a troll friendly place and got trolled does not make you a victim....it makes you a participant. Like going into a strip club and getting offended because boobies...

How about it's just shit talk on the internet and people need to get the fuck over the fact that not everyone loves them. In the case of personal info? 99.999999% of the time they put the info out themselves....I don't have a facebook for a reason. Hacking is already illegal which is a joke because it's pretty unlikely they will catch anyone hacking personal computers that don't belong to someone rich/important.
