Tonight, I miss the subtle messages we left each other, at least we thought they were subtle. :)

Your dad gave away the chew toys, but I got the magic blanket. I will not part with it despite the orange and it being HUGE.
orange and huge :D :rose:

i wish he'd have shared more of his poetry with people; he might have had a scientist's mind but he had the soul of a poet - together, they made the heart of the man. you keep his memory alive for us with your musings, noor, thankyou. :rose:

I'm just a cunt. Not bouncing after my mahoosive roast pork Sunday dinner.
piggypiggyoinkoink

mine's in the oven - slow-braised beef with carrots, onions, mushrooms and chunks of potato, to be served with petit-pois and mash for those who want it.

Switched cell providers after having the same for 9 years. I did my research first, and am taking a calculated risk. Hoping it goes as expected!

I'm switching this month, first time in 10 years. Going from Verizon to T-mobile. Not the best start, either.

Ut Oh.... :(

I have had T-Mobile for years and it is not the most reliable service. There are lots of dead spots, at least up north here. In Michigan? Forget it. You can't get service at all. In Chicago, Verizon is the best service. I hope it works out well for you!!

I have thought about changing so often but I hate to give up my grandfathered rate And, well, Im Swedish/Dutch. Unless you come from this heritage, you probably can not understand how "thrifty" we are.

Sweet Pete!,, While I am gone, tell the good folks of Lit how the Dutch brain works. Or, not.. :)

:heart::heart:

I will!

DO NOT LET THE LAPTOP CORD GET WET!!

You need that ground pin to give the evil electrons a path to return to Earth, not your tootsies.

I'm hoping the difficulties are just adjusting. The price difference was astonishing!

Exactly. It takes a lot to get me to change, but T-mobile's coverage has improved dramatically in the past two years and the price differential now between Verizon and T-mobile made it a very good time to switch.

I'm changing network again. Free roaming and data roaming, all you can eat data for £15 a month.

Sprint's has, too. The cost is less than half!

Sprint is worthless here, as it TMobile.

I have been with ATT since it bought out Cingular and made me a customer. I have a plan for my personal use and one that is for my corp use.

my parents switched to verizon because they couldn't use their cells at home. at all. they were on metro pcs. it was quite the pain in the ass.

sadly, the price difference is an issue. sometimes, however, you get what you pay for.

me? my phone and service are cheap and shitty and that's fine by me.

The reason that US mobile phone service is so expensive is that the networks agreed not to compete with each other. The country that prides itself on being a bastion of free market capitalism has the least choice in networks of any country in the developed world.
