Hoping find a woman more local to me so there's a better chance
we might meet one day instead of endlessly chasing girls who are
so far away the only chance to meet is to win the lottery or some
other ridiculous plan.

Not that I'm so attached to NJ that I wouldn't leave it, just being realistic.

Anyway, I'm a 32/m from South Jersey, and pretty much a total nerd.
However I can cook pretty good, like to cuddle and be intimate, and generally a relaxed person.
Family oriented, so if this turns into a LTR, don't be shy on the concepts of marriage and kids,
because for the right woman that's the ultimate goal in my head.
However, that's far into the future of any relationship this might bring.

I'm open to something more short term or even just a hookup if that's all you want.

As for you, be somewhere in a 4-5 year age range, not too picky on that.
Be a chill woman with hopefully some nerdy interests yourself.
Maybe we'll crossover on some things we nerd about, maybe we'll introduce new interests to one another.
You also have to like to cuddle and be intimate.

PM me if you're interested and we'll see how things go from there.

What is the best dish that you can make at a moment's notice?

Dessert?

lol, Usually I just wing it with whatever is around, so it's hard to name anything specific. No recipes or anything, but it's always good.
If someone wanted something specific, there's always recipes, and that just makes it too easy. :D

Desserts you really can't wing it with (although I have tried) unless you're an expert.
Pastry stuff is practically science compared to normal cooking.
You need to be a lot more exact with measurements and stuff.
lol, When cooking normal savory food, I rarely measure anything.
However, like I said, I can follow a recipe easily, so desserts wouldn't be a problem.

I think the hardest for me to cook would be seafood since I don't like much seafood, so I've almost never cooked any, but I have a good idea.
If there's one thing I'm watching when it's not cartoons (I just love animation), it's cooking shows. :D

I enjoy the Food Network too.

You're right about the dessert part. It's certainly tough to wing that. But you can definitely get creative with it. ;)

I actually surprised myself not long ago by making dinner for a girl I was then interested in; surprised in how well it turned out as I'm certainly NOT a gourmet chef. I took the advice of an acquaintance who definitely suggested wine and dessert and thankfully my date wasn't too picky about what type of dessert.

All in all that dinner turned out to be the high-light event of our dating experience, but at least I did prove to myself that if the need did arise I can make a good impression by making her dinner!

lol, A couple weekends ago my brother and I wanted some dessert, but we didn't have anything to make except instant blueberry pancake mix.
I was at least good enough to manipulate it into muffins, even without measuring. :D

Haha, still needed some maple syrup to dip them into being made from pancake mix and all, but they were good enough.
I got them to rise like muffins. *thumbs up*
