How do you like your eggs?

Over easy. I like that runny butter to sop up with my toast. The egg cannot be gelatinous at all though.

Depends on my mood.

scrambled sometimes
once over lightly sometimes
omelet sometimes

I cook perfect eggs, any way. That's cuz I study and practice and take notes till its perfect.

I prefer sunny side up.

I use cheese packets from mac n cheese when I make scrambled.

I use a glass lid and drip a little of the water that condenses on the lid back into the pan to steam the tops nice and pink.

From a chicken.

Although Ostrich eggs make one hell of an omelet.

In one of the Nero Wolfe novels, he claims it takes 45 minutes to perfectly scramble an egg. That always sounded insane to me. But then, I don't like food enough to spend that much time actively cooking anything.

I'll order them up or generally fix them up but you need AA grade eggs for a proper uppie. I like eggs anyways. Scrambled, over, soft boiled is delicious with butter, sea salt and pecker.

I often make a bunch of hard boiled and keep them in the fridge for munching.

Omelets are good too.

*puts eggs on shopping list*
