For musicians, vocalists, anyone who played in band...

Jaws, face and stomach hurts. Eyes tearing in laughter. My neighbors probably think I am nuts ;)

p means play quieter
f means play loudly
Extra p's and f's mean play quieter or louder respectively.
Some instruments don't really have the ability to be played softly.

That is rich ;)

I meant that the comments made me lol but I have now made a clarification.

Being called Bert was clever and funny about the first 1700 times. It's my second favorite thing right behind being called Ken, so there you go. I'm sure Byron would get a kick out of those musical funnies, but then, he was a pompous ass too.

Q: What do you get when you drop a piano down a mine shaft?
A: A flat minor.

I started laughing at the bass clarinetist's comment, and it only got worse from there. That is truly the mustache of someone with nothing to lose.

I want to take a screen grab of that and make it my profile pic. Heeeelarious.

fffffffffffffff

The notes D, F & A walk into a bar.
The Bartender says, "Hey, we don't serve Minor's here!"
So F leaves. Afterwards, D & A have a fifth between them.

If you laughed at that joke, you are a music geek.

^ good joke :) ^

If you tell people they are crazy or call them pompous asses when they are just trying to share humor, you are unlikely to get a positive response from them.

Not sure why you are being so unpleasant right now, but I hope you feel better soon.
