I know fuckall about art or art history but I know what I like to see and can appreciate the talent it takes to create something beautiful.

So yeah I'm going to drop some stuff here that tickles my fancy.

I will start with my favorite painting.

My favorite pretentious, "Durr, I went to art school" painting is the triptic "The Garden of Earthly Delights" by early Netherlandish master Hieronymus Bosch. Particularly the middle panel.
