That is utter BS. Most voters vote for a President, & when some other person wins whose policies they don't like/agree with, they vote for the opposite in the Senate/HoR. That is what happened, & (unlike the claims of some on this board/in this country) the main reason Obama is not accomplishing much of what he promised/aimed toward before he was elected (the first time).
