The number of uninsured American is down. Rate shock never happened. And of course if you've got health affordable health insurance you can count on then you don't have to work 2 or 3 extra jobs.

Oh and those companies that said they were going to cut hours because of Obamacare? They lost a whole lot of business and decided against cutting hours.

No one has "affordable healthcare" since the ACA had nothing in it to reduce the actual cost or affordability of healthcare. It addressed health insurance only which has nothing at all to do with the cost of healthcare or, indeed, access to healthcare.

Now healthcare is less affordable and less accessible than before. The only reason there were not shocking one time increases is because it was done over time with each policy re-rating period over the years that this still-not-implemented clusterfuck of a law has been coming online. The individual and employer mandates that will be the most onerous portions of this law have been delayed still.

If you mean to say people have more affordable insurance, you are wrong about that too. Insuurance costs much more than before they started this mess. The only people that might spend less on health insurance than before are those that as subsidized. That is no magic trick. Inventing a new entitlement and funding it on the backs of the middle class isn't making the sum total of all spending on healthcare any less, it has all of the old costs plus the new administrative and bureaucratic ones added on top.

Unlike you, my family makes an effort to eat healthily, avoid obesity and get proper exercise. I also have first aid skills and have fashioned splints and removed stitches just for example. I do not expect my neighbors to pay for the needs of the children I bring into the world.

I find it interesting all the fat-shaming you do now that you are temporally slender by the enforced willpower of a lap-band. Since eating less reduced your obesity, it wasn't glandular, was it? The lap-band surgery you were only able to get covered by insurance after years of neglect left you morbidly obese.
