I prefer a Sazorak, with lemon peel twist,no ice, fresh mozarella, sliced tomatoes with fresh chiffonade basal and 12 yr of balsamic vinegar.

Had some lovely lit liaisons with slightly inebriated yet intriguing interlocutors. But alas, the work week has washed over us, and here I am stuck in a hotel that is but a shadow of its former glory, enjoying a bottle of nice Southern hemisphere wine and wishing I had an online companion.
