Good morning Mitten! Crisp weather on the horizon, friday it was so hot I decided to make a pumpkin protein shake, awesome! Want to make your own? I used 6oz almond milk, 2oz vanilla yogurt, 2oz pumpkin, 22 grams of whey protein, cinnamon and honey to taste, 14oz of ice and well blended. A cold autumn day in a cup!
