Keeping it routine is key. Otherwise, you'll slack off and maybe even stop going altogether. Unfortunately I don't have tons of motivation so I haven't been in over a year. lol @ your eye candy. I'm sure I'd like to see something bouncing on the treadmill if you're on it.
