how well armed are you?

Mine are all here at home. I don't fear for my safety, they're mostly to have fun with and shoot targets.

Camping? Well that's just smart to have something nearby in bear country.

At one point in the early to mid 70s, you weren't allowed to camp in certain parts of the Adirondacks without a rifle handy.

I have a CHL so I carry a pistol in my truck...

And I can shoot out a 1/4" bull at 200 yards with a .223.

And there is a .17 HMR in my closet with over 200 rounds of ammo.

Plus I have several more rifles.

So just try to step foot on my property....

If I can see you in my crosshairs, you better RUN!

So what made the change? Man encroaching wildlife finished off it's population or...?

I'd love to have a crossbow, I think that'd be fun.

Population reduction but mostly the bears got smart, finding that the garbage dumps and cans near the small towns had more food readily available than the campers LOL

I have pepper spray, a very loud whistle, a set of 11 very sharp gourmet knives sitting in a block on my kitchen counter along with 8 very sharp steak knives and sharp kitchen shears (with triple-riveted high-impact plastic handles to provide a secure, comfortable grip!!.. lol.. Thanks Williams-Sonoma!!)

What I don't have, which I wish I did, is a guard dog. :(

I was on a jury once where we found a guy guilty of using a screw top from laundry soap as a weapon.

When you come visit, we'll go kill a few empty cans.

I have guns. They are not my penis, not my Jesus, just guns.

Bring trouble and I have no problem putting them to work.

Where do you guys carry all these guns? Like to the grocery store? The laundromat?

It is fucking freaking me out that I, or my kids, may be shopping next to one of you guys packin' heat.

You don't have to worry about those guys, you have to worry about the guys that have their guns drawn while walking in to a story.

In both places I call home I have rifles and/or pistols locked up tighter than a nuns cunt on sunday. So basically not good for home protection. And even if I did manage to get at them as some intruder tried to get in either place I would be on the wrong side of the law using them as self protection/home security. So they are off limits as usable weapons basically. Besides which I never purchased them as self protection and so don't even think of them in that capacity.

I have a leatherman handy at pretty much all times which could be utilized as a weapon in a pinch. I carry a knife on my person quite often (more for utility purposes than anything). A sheath knife, hatchet, claw hammer, "cats paw" and 8 lb sledge hammer have a permanent place in my truck(again more for utility than any sense of "oh, better be well armed in case of a zombie attack").

I'm pretty easy going and low key, but I have a Glock 19 that's fun to shoot. I also have a concealed carry license if I ever want to. Also a .22 rifle and .410 shotgun in a box in the garage..I think fishing poles are in it too.

Do you wear a helmet when you walk outside?

Do you have cops or a swat team that perpetually protect you the moment you leave the house? That's typically the deluded mindset of people that abhor guns. That law enforcement will be standing next to you so they can protect your naive ass in that one moment in your life when shit goes down.

No the P22. Same thing but takes the .22 (lr magnum?).Sweet little gun. It won't shoot regular lr.

I was planning on practicing at 7 and 10 yards, but with other shooters around I had to stand off 15 yards. Sights were off a couple of inches at that distance. small, easy adjustment and it was dead on accurate.

Look at all the terrified Americans.

Why would we be terrified of anything, given that we are well prepared to return fire?

The high capacity 92SF is 17 not 18 rounds. Just sayin.

I would imagine he carries one in the chamber and uses it double action for the first shot. The Walther's owner does that. I figure I will have time to rack the slide.
