New Witness to Michael Brown Shooting

No, the stupidity or incompetence to which I referred is that of the party or parties who were representing the cop and the Ferguson Police Department. There was no reason to withhold a lot of the information that was withheld, such as the orbital blowout, etc.

Jesus, how fucking dense can you be?

The lynch mob has no restrictions on the charges and evidence that they can present.

In a nation of laws, there is a great restraint on the part of law enforcement to not divulge DURING and investigation. The only mistake that they might have made was responding to political pressure and actually releasing information and that fucking blew up in their faces...

You see, the mob only wanted one kind of information released. Who is this guy and where do we got get him and administer him the same Social Justice that he gave to the innocent Ute who committed no crime, took no drugs, and was merely on his way to his first college class?

Nothing about the Left Wing theory of this case makes sense.

Why would a white racist cop wishing to murder an innocent lamb do it in such a public way?

If Brown had his hands up, why was he shot 4 times in the arm? A killer would aim for center body mass.

Apparently, Brown had PCP and marijuana in his system, the "Swisher Sweets" he stole were to be used for housing drugs, he was 6'4" 292 lbs and aggressive with the store clerk.

This is not Rosa Parks.

Who are these several witnesses who support the officer's version of events? I've followed this pretty closely, and I still don't know who they are. Can you name even one?

Nobody is going to name them and have them wind up dead before the trial. The prosecution, if there is one, and the defense are not going to reveal to the public their witnesses or tactics. We don't decide things in the press or on the streets. We have a justice system and it is not subordinate to a mob.

The people who showed up in support of the cop had to be whisked away under police protection.

I'm not the one being dense. It was stupid not to get evidence favorable to the cop out in front of this thing. Incredibly stupid and grossly incompetent. And there was absolutely no reason, legally or otherwise, not to do so.

I meant home free, legally. He will never shake this entirely, no matter what.

He's going to be indicted, tried, and then indicted and tried agin on Federal charges.

The Grand Jury is stacked against him as is the Department of Justice.

[voice=David Spade]

That's day one stuff baby!

You can keep the skoal. [/voice]

I learned my lesson about making such assumptions in this case.

So, the cops breaking the law, ignoring it and doing whatever the fuck it pleases to clear one if its own alleviates the obvious mistrust that the black communities of not just Ferguson, but the rest of the nation???

Look how crazy the libs here went over the character assassination of the UTE?

Evidence and facts did not calm them down, it made them even more mad because it countered THE STORY.

The story is that cops shooting black kids for no reason whatsoever is a normative daily event and when they do it, then they all band together, lie about it, and prevent the black community from even a SMIDGEON of Social Justice. THEY DON'T WANT ANY FUCKING FACTS RELEASED, THEY ONLY WANT THE STORY TO BE ADVANCED!

Actually, I thought the Zimmerman case would as served as your primer since you easily sniffed that one out.

;)

This one never, ever had the chance of passing the sniff test. It was the same exact story...

Breaking what law? There is no law against presenting facts to the public that are favorable to your officer and your department. If there were, they wouldn't be doing it now, a day late and a dollar short, so to speak. They were simply too stupid, too ignorant, or too incompetent to do what needed to be done early on to keep a lid on this thing, as best it could be done.

Even Zimmerman was smart enough to get his side of the story out there immediately. You have to be an idiot not to do that.

When you are a member of law enforcement, you cannot reveal details of an investigation unless it is cleared by the DA.

Zimmerman was on the neighborhood watch, not the police force.

Bullshit. The DA does not control what a potential defendant can or cannot say on his own behalf.
