Brown may have attacked him. If Wilson pulled Brown in the window Brown may have inadvertently injured him trying to get away. That's, at best, resisting arrest, not attacking.
Saying he attacked him is speculation and is contrary to the, so far, public witness statements.

If you catch someone off-guard, especially if grabbed by the neck as claimed, I could see even Brown being pulled partially in a window.

One thing I don't recall seeing is any sort of yes or no on Brown having any marks on him like he would likely have if such a thing happened.

So the ute just innocently, and cooperatively leaned down to politely inquire if he could assist the officer ,and the mean ole' scrawny cop hauled a bigger man into his car so the bigger man would have the advantage? A choke hold is applied when you are behind the person you are trying to subdue...or did Brown to a back bend into the car?

In a fight you are much better off out of your car then in it. Especially if your opponent is larger and stronger than you.

Michael Brown’s body was left in the street for hours after he was shot; as far as one can tell from the disjointed details released by the Ferguson and St. Louis County authorities, Wilson did not immediately call the shooting in or try to resuscitate Brown, and no E.M.T.s rushed him to the hospital.

He was shot through the eye and the top of the head and obviously dead. It is an officer involved shooting, they were supposed to do mouth to mouth and disturb the scene? This was not cardiac arrest, or bleeding out. This was death by autonomic neural system being switched off. There is no resuscitating that.

If the cop was dirty, hustling the body into an ambulance would have made it easier for him to concoct any story he cared to.

Cops have had cellphones for years and details about any death do not go out over the public airwaves or through dispatch. Dispatch communicates information from the public to the cops, not the other way around. They call their superiors who roll to the scene.

Your premise makes as much sense, that Brown decided, when told to get off the sidewalk, to reach in the window of a police car, reach across the officer, and try to unholster his gun backwards.

In any case, despite the pontifications in the GB, "news", blogs and tweets, there are only two people who know for a fact what happened, Johnson, and Wilson.
All I've presented in either of the threads are possible explanations for what little has actually been reported, when people post as if they actually know what happened.

I have commented on any aspect of this shooting or the aftermath until now. My comment is actually a question. If you receive a non fatal gun shot wound to an arm or shoulder by a cop and you were unarmed, what would compel you to continue to make yourself a target? Second scenario, Brown decides to rush the cop (maybe the cop stopped firing and Brown thinks he won't actually kill him?) and the cop opens fire again, at least one bullet hitting Brown in the top of the head as he's leaned over running, or falling forward after the face shot.
