Witnesses said they saw a scuffle between the officer and Brown at the police car before the young man was shot. Several witnesses said Brown raised his hands and was not attacking the officer.

Piaget Crenshaw said she was sitting in her home when she witnessed the shooting. She captured video of the aftermath, including images of Brown's body lying in the middle of the street.

Crenshaw said Brown was running away from police and then turned around. She said that was when Brown was shot.

Police provided a different narrative, saying Brown struggled with the officer and reached for his weapon."

Just a couple of observations/thoughts.

The whole episode is all about politics now. Holder, soon to be 'Johnny on the Spot', is the warrant on that observation. Justice is now secondary to milking the tragedy for all it's worth.

Why are the riots escalating as opposed to diminishing? Perhaps it's because more and more evidence and testimony is surfacing corroborating the officers narrative. That would most certainly inflame those who've invested all of their emotional and political capital in the "unarmed black child shot in the back, execution style, while surrendering by rabid white cop" narrative. Just a thought.

You can choose to believe her or not.

I know who made it, and how it was made. That's not what I was questioning.

The fact that it's been half a day and no other news organization, actually no news organization since it was a personal tweet, has confirmed it makes it suspect in my mind.
I'm not saying it's not true, but a single unofficial source for something so important seems strange to me.
