From the Introduction to Round One:

By the power vested in me by the fact of it being my idea, I proudly accept the position of Curator of The General Board Hall Of Fame, and it is my honor to announce the first election of notables to that august body.

Here are the rules and procedures:

Every couple of weeks I will post a poll of nominees. The top five vote getters will be admitted to The Hall. The poll will be set to allow multiple choices, and it will be open for one week.

I will make the original 10 nominations. Thereafter, the five unelected nominees will be held over for a second week, and an additional five nominees will join them. If they don't get elected the second week, they will be dropped, but can be renominated at any time. The selection process for the new five will be nomination from the GB public.Anyone with a join date at least one year previous can make a nomination. When a full compliment of 10 nominees has been chosen, I will set up another poll. Unless I am on vacation, have another heart attack or get bored with the whole thing. In the event that one week passes and a full compliment of nominees has not been picked, I will invoke just because it's my thread privilege and fill the remaining slots.

To avoid mischief, nominees must have at least 10,000 posts. I reserve the right to tell obvious trolls to piss off.

Feel free to make the case for those you support, or to tell us why a particular nominee is an unworthy fucktard.
