New Witness to Michael Brown Shooting

No. I'll be interested in it, of course. Perhaps he can change my mind, but I doubt it. I'm open to persuasion, however.

So, your statue of justice is the one with the blindfold sitting up on the left eyebrow...

;) ;)

Gotta see the victim to make sure we get us some "Social Justice!"

:D

If I were investigating this, I wouldn't be making these comments.

I always wanted to get the facts.

The town where this happened is about two thirds black, so the jury may be two thirds black, if a trial results. If that's what you're getting at.

We've seen this passion play before.

Holder is involved. This guy is already convicted. If it doesn't happen on the local level, the facts do not matter, he will be tried by the Feds and convicted. The voting base must be appeased.

But without all the facts being in evidence, you've already prejudged because you "liked" one witness...

How many fingers am I holding up?

Let the record show he is holding up three fingers!

Your HONOR!

Oh, yeah, right...

:D :D :D

You saw two UTES!

UTES???

Yeah, UTES...

I understand your concerns. But you're defending the cop pretty strongly, and I'm wondering why. I don't think it's just because he's legally entitled to be considered innocent. And it can't be because you know all the facts. So what is it?

Yes, I was very favorably impressed with that witness, and until there's evidence her version of what happened is false, I'm inclined to believe her.

Maybe not but you would have already formed your opinion. You can not have it both ways. You can not believe it is ok to form an opinion based on a media interview in one case and not in the others. You have shown just how easy it is to sway you in an investigation.

Youre a leaf in the wind...as long as the wind blows from the left.

In an actual investigation you do form opinions, and when additional information becomes available, you may change your opinions, or you may not. But you keep your opinions to yourself, or share them only with those with a need to know, until you have completed the investigation. This is a message board, and open for debate and discussion. Nothing official about it.

they were not executed

they were KILLED in SELF DEFENSE

uh-huh.

between trayvon's large-caliber skiddles and brown's laser-beam eyes, it's a miracle those folks armed only with firearms made it out alive.
