Shucks, thank you, Tali. When I do dress up, I prefer a 3 piece suit. Not saying it looks bad, just for me, the feel of suspenders never worked for me. (Perhaps watching too many 3 Stooges and similar skits of guys yanking them back before snapping them on the wearer's back threw me off of them).
Plus I gotta say, there's something stylish about wearing a vest, especially with a pocket watch.

Ha! Those stooges were mean! I love suspenders, vests or what ever you can do to a suit and you don't see many good pocket watches these days...sad.

Not at all....just some fellas having a unique way of showing love for one another, that's all.
And one of these days I am going to try the suit/kilt combo.....now there's an image for ya.
Oh yes....I have had that pocket watch for almost 20 years....and while I am not normally a fan of gold things, I love it. I have a few others, but they're not dress suit worthy....one is a Dale Earnhardt #3 watch and the other came with a hunting knife, and the last is an American Flag one..
