Plot:

A man and his girlfriend are going to a friend's house for a party. While walking there, they see a creepy looking house. When they arrive at the party, they mention that the passed by the house. One their friends tell them the house was owned by a family of scientists who were supposedly specialized in creating monsters and clones. The house was recently bought by a descendent of the family, who after moving in, has barely left the house.

During the party, the man is humiliated when his girlfriend is found having sex with another man inside a closet. While walking home from the party devastated, he ponders that things can't get any worse when suddendly it starts raining. He takes shelter inside the creepy house.

While wondering through the house, he hears noises coming from the basement. Inside the basement he finds a laboratory, with a beautiful busty woman wearing scientist's clothes. She tricks him into drinking a potion she made, which causes changes to his body: his face get a clean shave and his body goes from thin to muscled. But the biggest change (literally) is his penis: what originally was 4 inches and thick as a pencil penis becomes a 18-19 inches and thick as a can of soda cock.

edit: The problem with this is, according to your own concept, the mad scientists (actually they were only slightly upset) were doing body modification, BUT the only one who gets ANY body modification is the dude. Everyone else seems to just be just clones of known people that already have bountiful bouncing boobies.

and why just one clone of each? Why not two clones of each or only some of them? This fulfills most guys fantasies of doing it with twins at the same time. I get it, it's just a fantasy story, but, even though there is a host of 'celebrities' in this "what if..." universe, you don't let the breaks out a little. It's a fantasy world, why not run with it some more???

Different haunted house idea:

A jealous witch curses her lover that he will never be able to have sex anywhere but her house. The curse follows him after death. He can't leave the house, but he can have spooky sex. I rather feel this gives the game away too early. Now there's a decided lack of suspense about what the guy will find when he wanders into the place. Of course, we may rightly point out that this foreshadows future events and creates suspense and tension in its own right, but I honestly feel like the setup itself does that just fine and we'd be better keeping the element of surprise.

Also, leaving this out would do away with the presumed info-dump here, which can only help.

I often wonder why blundering into a stranger's home is considered preferable to walking in the rain, but it's such a timeless convention by now that I suppose it doesn't matter.

This seems like the ideal place to actually start the story. Granted, we will miss out on the party and the sex scene in it, but the party honestly has no bearing on the plot and there's plenty of fucking ahead anyway.

Why does the potion rid him of facial hair? I guess it's a minor point, but I find this rather odd.

Why did she turn the women into monsters (or brew them from scratch, perhaps?) but this guy into an Adonis? Again, a minor point, but still something that crosses my mind.

That is a huge number of characters. Granted, it opens the door for a lot of fucking, so that's beneficial. But you can't possibly fit all this action into one story (without succumbing to madness, anyway), and a multi-chapter tale strikes me as something that might grow tiresome shortly. Also, a few entries are a bit redundant: Elvira, Morticia, and the vampire women could all be one and the same, for example. I'd suggest five characters, tops, from a practical point of view.

Yes, too many monstrous characters for one story of any length. I'd suggest an episodic structure. 1st episode is the setup, from Nick's betrayal by the GF, to discovery of the monster lab and his transformation. Each following episode is a fuckfest with a small group of monsters. After a few such episodes, the cheating GF (who has been looking for Nick to apologize and beg forgiveness) wanders into the lab and is similarly transformed. Now SHE gets into multi-episode fuckfests, competing with Nick on the quantity and quality of fucks. Hilarity ensues.
