There was a great line on the TV show "Castle" a couple of years ago. Castle and Beckett were standing talking when an obviously enhanced young lady walked between them showing quite a bit of cleavage and Castle took a good look at them. Beckett with a slightly perturbed look on her face said, "What's the big deal? They're obviously not real!" Castle replied, "Santa Clause isn't real either, but we still enjoy opening the presents. " I loved that line.

Boobs are boobs and you guys all seem to like them. Real deal or store bought.

I don't watch the show but my wife does and I swear, I was walking through the room during that scene.

It's a great line and all I can say is they are an example of money well spent. I mean based on the cost/benefit/return, there are few 'investments' that can beat a great boob job.
