First I would like to thank the writers for having the courage to place their work out there for the idiots that do not have the same courage, to criticize. Secondly I would like to ask the writers to use the tags on their stories so that it is easier to find the stories that interest the reader the most. A lot do not use them at all, and some use them in a very general sense, and some use them specifically. Thanks again. You guys have more courage than I do, not to mention more talent LOL.

I think the tagging feature could be improved. Authors pick their own tags, but what do we know?

Not only is it really hard to pick tags, there are lots of tags available--too many, IMHO. Would be nice if tagging were improved. It really isn't easy.

It's actually quite nice that authors can define their own tags, but there are some redundancies that could be dealt with. Tags with multiple variations that could be consolidated into one tag.

I like the fact that authors can create their own tags. If I write a story where a ham sandwich is prominently featured, I can include the tag "Ham Sandwich", so other ham sandwich fetishists can easily locate it.

It really doesn't make any difference...

The BTW (burn the wheat) crowd will trash it because you used Rye bread and the BTR (burn the Rye) crowd will kill you for using Wheat. Then, of course, if you try adding a little variety by introducing any of the cheese fetishes you'll be absolutely destroyed.

Thanks for making me smile today. :)

Trouble is, fetishists who search for "hamsandwich" won't find your story tagged "ham sandwich." Neither will generalists who just want "sandwich." Or "Hamm sandwich" which turns up a bunch of Mad Men fan fiction.

Just to be clear, my ham sandwich fetish is always on white bread with Swiss cheese, mustard only, no mayo.

I'm not one of those perverts who gets off on dark bread. Weirdos.
