Today I went to my cousin house I finds him laying in the bed with Alisha. Alisha is my best friend girl friend she's a crazy bitch. The look on her face when she seen me was priceless; wish I could've camcorder it. Alisha is in a relationship with my best friend and it's shocking to me that she would be laying in the bed half naked with my cousin . Wish my best friend Darius was here to see this shit. You should stay out of it, and be blind to what you have seen. Staunch denial if anyone asks or talks about it. Just forget it.
Two people doing what they shouldn't have put you in a position that you don't need to be in.
Let them all work out their "relationships" for themselves.
If the cheating girl calls or ask advice, tell her you are not interested in talking about it and didn't see anything.
In future, stay out of other people's bedrooms and walk away when you hear sounds of sex or more than one person, so you really don't have to know what is going on.
It's summer, meet people outside or in their living rooms.

Wait! There are kids involved? Don't tell, stay out of it. Some guys don't get over being cheated on, ever. The love of his life and mother of his kids is a pretty heavy thing, he could go so ballistic he could end up in prison for a long time and who takes care of the kids then?
Tell Alisha to just break it off with your cousin, and stop screwing around.
Regarding the code: I think it's too simplistic, you need to consider all the components of a problem. Alisha is not just some piece of ass your friend is fucking, she is the love of his life and mother of his kids, you would be taking that away from him. Yes, it's built on lies at present, but everything is perception most of the time anyway. You all sound kind of young, and people do make mistakes.
