no way is that poster zumi - he is far better at expressing himself articulately, can spell, and has imagination i don't expect to be reading from this other, whoever they are. the phrase is not uncommon, but it's more likely a case of them parroting something they read and thought sounded cool.

For the record, I do not think nowisthetime85 is an alt. (I do think she needs a nickname, that one is too cumbersome).
Her propensity to shoot from the hip, flaming people who are in general agreement with her views as often as those who oppose them, makes it seem very unlikely to me that she's been around the GB long.
She does not show any indication, that I have seen, of having much knowledge of GB history. Most alts seek to relitigate old battles. I don't get that from her. If she is an alt, she's a particularly incoherent one, and she doesn't strike me that way.

You're splitting hairs. The fact is, you are not someone who has posted much on the GB, and here you are in this thread, using "we" in a post, thereby anointing yourself as a spokesperson for others.
As someone so proud to be an adult, I imagine you can understand why that might not resonate positively with people who have posted here for a long time.

you're right - only seen zumi use it on lit, but it's not so uncommon where i live and i've read it more than a few times being used in media reports.
if i were zumi, i'd be offended anyone might think the poster in question was me. maybe not - meh. hardly matters is the great scheme of things. i don't care if they're an alt, if the OP's an alt, whoever - bigger things concern me.

I can understand that you thought that. But look at the context. Others were speaking in support of nowisthetime, and there was no way the reader could tell which of them were included in the "we". In addition, coming into any space in which you are unfamiliar and making statements about what "we" did or what "we" think is going to be met with resistance.
