ISIS has recently taken over vast territories in Iraq including Mosul, Iraq’s second largest city. Jihad al-nikah refers to women joining the jihad by offering sex to the male fighters.
Posters in public places in Mosul read:
“We call upon the people of this county to bring their unmarried girls so they can fulfill their duty in sex jihad for their warrior brothers in the city and anyone who will not appear will feel the full force of the sharia

Reports in Mosul indicate that ISIS fighters have been going door-to-door, entering houses, killing the men and raping the women. Rupert Colville, a spokesman in Geneva for Navie Pillay, the top United Nations human rights official, said that he had received information that four women in Mosul had committed suicide after being raped or forced into marriages with the militants.
Al-Iraqiya TV station published a report about the story of two Iraqi girls who were raped by the armed men of ISIS in Mosul (see video below). The two girls, who are sisters, said that ISIS fighters came into their house, killed the men and afterwards, they took turns raping the women.
“They came into the house. They were disgusting. They were armed and spoke among themselves in a language we did not recognize. We were afraid; I tried to save my sister, but one of them hit me with his weapon – on my body and then on my face – me and my sister. I blacked out and woke up to the sound the sounds of the screaming of my neighbor while one of the jihadis was playing with my hair.”
The girls said that the men were Arabs as well as foreigners.
Her sister said, “I heard one of them speaking in a dialect from the Gulf region and the other one was speaking in a language I have never heard before

“Here a Sunni movement is executing Sunni religious leaders. That should make us think,” Heiner Bielefeldt, the U.N.’s special rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief, told McClatchy. “It’s important to focus more attention on these particular killings, because here we are not talking about Sunnis versus Shias. This is a very clear case of atrocities committed against their own people, against religious leaders from Sunni Islam who probably have a less simplistic understanding of what Islam means.”
The executions are particularly poignant after the appearance Friday of the Islamic State’s leader, Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, leading prayers in Mosul’s Great Nurridin Mosque. One of the first clerics executed in Mosul, according to the United Nations, was the imam of that very mosque, Muhammad al Mansuri.
Mansuri was killed June 12, the U.N. said, for failing to pledge allegiance to the Islamic State. A 21-minute video the Islamic State released Saturday showed Baghdadi preaching from the same minbar, or pulpit, that Mansuri once occupied.
Twelve other Sunni clerics were executed June 14, the U.N. says.
Baghdadi has asserted that all Muslims owe allegiance to the Islamic caliphate _ which the Islamic State declared June 29 in the areas it controls in Syria and Iraq _ and to Baghdadi, who now calls himself Caliph Ibrahim.

13 years ago Muslim "extremist's" attacked New York, in 13 years not one Islamic leader has publicly denounced these actions or any terrorist action in the past 100 years, if this religion was for peace as the North American governments keep trying to ram down peoples throats wouldn`t priority 1 have been to denounce and distance from these acts as fast as posiible for the safety of your believers?
Maybe I expect to much out of the human race!
I`m all for freedom of religion as long as its a true religion not a terrorist sect using it for tax breaks and the freebies it entitles!!
