I love an authentic chicken Madrass,

I have cooked all over the world mostly ration packs outside a tent lol.

I have done some cooking courses mostly Indian and Asian cooking. I love your pics Rose especially the librarian look ;-)

But the last two just make me want to fuck you!

Well when you say "authentic", that would mean you prefer it as they make it in India, rather than how they make it in the UK? I like both, but you UK people really tone down their food. :eek::D

That is cool that you have actually experienced cooking around the world. Do you ever get local ingredients?

Indian and Asian are two of my favorites! I'd say I love Middle Eastern flavors best. :heart:

I'm a self taught cook, and have been cooking since I was a toddler. I did take Professional Baking and Cake Decorating though in College.
