You must be reading different charts.
One graph shows an increase in temperature since 1960. The other shows an increase since 1980. It's not really something you can argue about.
...and the last 10 years, as CO2 levels continued to rise?
...and consider the scale. The entire range charted falls win one and one half degrees. The variance at any given data=point is often 1/2 of that.
Go outside. Sit there. Come back in when you detect the difference between 76.5 and 78 degrees on your skin.
Next- time the rate an ice-cube melts between the two "extremes".
Next- chart the growth rate of your tomatoes at these extreme variations.
I'll be here when you, too have joined the legions of "scientists" that have settled this debate once and for all.
