The Wet Nurse

Wife/Mom is a great believer that "breast is best". So when her own milk is not enough for twin babies she hires a "wet nurse".

Is it a young lass with huge tits?
Or do we play for irony and have it more the "crone" sort?
Is the sexual interplay with the Mom? The dad/hubby? Both? Or hubby's 18+ son from earlier marriage?
could be interesting side angles of friends/family.visitors uncomfortable with the abundant young wet nurse being around...

Either the wet-nurse, or the husband+wife, but not both, are from a culture where 1) wet nurses are common and 2) are commonly exploited sexually by their employer. The other is from a very different culture. Their variant orientations and mindsets lead to conflict and/or comedy and/or copious sex.

I flashed on Andrei Codrescu's filthy classic THE BLOOD COUNTESS about Elisabeth Bathory. This young countess, the immensely rich heiress to a sovereign realm, viciously and casually abused her wet-nurses and companions, sexually and in all other ways. Why? Boredom, idle curiosity, and ownership. Her 'noble' culture saw all other non-nobility as chattel, to be dealt with by whatever whims took their owners.

So, the proposed story could deal with a wet-nurse who expects to be a sexual target of her employers and is disappointed by their lack of attention. OR, with a husband and/or wife, maybe quite rich and powerful, who consider their employees to be personal servants and sex slaves. Drama results.

Throw in the couple's bare-legal son and/or daughter, and the wet-nurse's barely legal BF/GF/kin, and much is possible, storywise.
