OK, available again. Normally less than a week turn around. Not guaranteed, but normally...

Pretty fair amount of writing and editing experience.

The "DO'S" - Pretty simple: Prefer WORD doc as an attachment. Have a basic understanding of writing craft, things like punctuation and how to use quotation marks and your spell checker. With any request send category and word count please.

The "DO NOT'S"- No incest- nada. no underage, for me that means 21. Not even a mention, Nope. No celeb, no horror, no non human and NO NON-CONSENT.

For all you authors that are writing "The great American Novel..." Congrats, but no thank you, I will most likely have to pass on editing something that might cover a hundred pages over a short time span. As a Volunteer with a day job, sorry, no time or desire to commit to chapter after chapter of most stories.

So if you are writing that novel and are not one of my regulars, feel free to make your pitch, but most likely not going to happen with me, sorry, facts of life.

I can edit for copy or story and plot and / or anything in-between....

When I edit I enjoy the back and forth of changes and rewrites as well if an author so chooses, but if you ignore anything I may suggest, I'm ok with it, it's your story, not mine, I don't get bent over it.
And I don't seek editors credits.

I'm an experienced editor with some free time this month. I will not edit incest/taboo, defecation, or horror (the horror is mostly because I give myself nightmares far too easily, so if you feel your story isn't meant to be terrifying, I could probably handle it).

I'm available for copy editing (grammar, word choice, spelling, punctuation, etc.) or full structural editing (help with plot suggestions, organization, and general flow of writing).

I'm available from June 9 onwards.

Need an editor

Hi,
I'm looking for an editor. I have a piece that I've already published here on Literotica. I would be grateful if someone could give it a read and offer some constructive criticism. I've never written erotica before as well this is my first piece sharing with the public.
Another member here made me aware that in general volunteer editors do not like to edit pieces that are already posted here. As a newbie, I did not know that. But there you have it, it is already here and being read by Literotica perusers.
It doesn't have to be editing per say. I'm looking for feedback.
Kudos to all you wonderful editors doing this on your own time as a service to fledging authors - at the very least that's what I am.

I have emailed two users who posted here about their availability and both have not even bothered to reply. It is still GOOD MANNERS to say 'hey sorry I'm full' or 'sorry I'm not interested.'
